• Handle Vibrating

Handle Vibration System adopts pneumatic control. During the process of automatic plate pulling, the handle on one side of the filter plate is automatically vibrating at the same time, and the filter cakes sticking to the filter plates are easy to peel off. When the viscosity of the material to be filtered is high, the filter cake cannot be completely dropped, the automatic vibrating device can lift and drop the filter plate of the chamber filter press to realize the vibrating of the filter plate and automatically remove the residual filter cake, the effect is stable.

• Filter Cloth Vibrating

Filter cloth shaking system is an auxiliary mechanism to chamber filter press preconditioned on filter cloth tilting device. It works to shake the filter cloth by striking the filter cloth suspension rod for several times, actuated by a pneumatically driven air cylinder automatically after the filter plate is shifted and the filter cloth is inclined.

It’s designed to assist thorough discharge of filter cake from filter cloth by external mechanical force. This device service for conditions that filter cake is sticky to be retained on surface of filter cloth.

Simple structure and reliable operation enable successful application of this device. It optimizes the functions of filter press, but also facilitates higher automatic operation conditions, therefore decreases labor intensity of operators and improves the production rate.

• Curved Vibrating Filter Press

The vibrating device is used for fully automatic emptying of filter presses. It is suitable for materials with high viscosity, which filter cake is difficult to peel off automatically.

Curved vibrating filter cloth changes the inclination angle of the filter cloth when the filter press is working, forming an inverted V shape. At the same time, the spring on the filter cloth stretches and vibrates to make the filter cake fall off automatically.
